UK Shipping
Orders within the UK are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

International Shipping
International orders are usually delivered within 5–12 working days, depending on the destination.

Delays
While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we sincerely apologise. You are welcome to contact us, and we will gladly provide a discount code for your next order as a gesture of goodwill.

Lost Parcels
If your order has not been marked as delivered within 30 days of the order date, it will be considered lost, and we will issue a full refund.
