At Nouraini, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return.
Returns Window
All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unworn, unused, and unaltered
- Be returned in their original plastic packaging
Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Labels & Eligibility
Once the paper label has been removed or detached, the item is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refunds are issued for the product value only
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
